What this thing is

It's a personal restaurant tracker for NYC where you can keep a list of places you've been to, places you want to go, and rate them so you remember which ones were actually good. [screenshot:1]

What the app actually does

You can search for restaurants by name or dish, filter by cuisine type (cheap eats, late night, Chinese, pizza, steak), and sort them however you want. [screenshot:1] Each restaurant card shows you the cuisine type, price range, your rating, whether you've visited, and your favorite dish so you remember why you liked it. [screenshot:1] You can mark a place as a wishlist item (places you want to try) or mark it as visited (places you've already been), and the app keeps a running count at the top showing your total, how many you've visited, and how many are on your wishlist. What feels off

The search bar and filters look like they should do something but I can't actually test if they work from just seeing the page. [screenshot:1] Same with the "Mark as Wishlist" and "Mark as Visited" buttons—they might actually update the cards and the counters at the top, or they might not. [screenshot:1] There's also a "+ Add" button to add new restaurants but there's no way to tell what happens when you click it without actually trying. [screenshot:1]

Prompt to make it better

"Make this a real restaurant tracker where I can search and filter actually work, add new places with location and notes about dishes, and the wishlist/visited buttons instantly update my cards and the counters at the top. Let me tag restaurants with my own categories, see a map view of where places are, export my list so I can share it with friends, and maybe show me recommendations based on what kinds of food I rate highest."
