Prompt to improve

Single HTML file, no frameworks. Replace the global loading banner with per-section skeleton / empty / error states and kill it once any section resolves. Fix the # placeholder with a real Latest post card (title, date, 1-line summary, tag chips) and ship a sample post in the JSON so it never looks broken. Make the Ctrl+K palette actually work — fuzzy match across titles / summaries / tags, arrow-key nav, Enter to open, matched substring highlighted. Fill Reader Preferences with three real toggles (serif/sans, light/dark, narrow/wide) persisted in localStorage and applied live. Add a small piece of personality: read-time per post, or “N notes this month” in About computed from the data.
