A mobile-style fitness recovery dashboard. Greets the user ("Good evening, Xiyu") and shows a daily readiness score of 72 / Well Recovered with a "Light training" suggestion, sleep last night (6.5 hrs), three recent workout cards (with duration, fatigue, and MODERATE/HIGH tags), a single "Increase squat weight" goal, a lime + LOG WORKOUT button, and a four-tab bottom nav (Dashboard / Activity / Recovery / Profile). Dark terminal aesthetic — black background, mint/orange/lime accents, monospaced numerics.
Keep the dark terminal aesthetic, but make the app genuinely intelligent and interactive:
- Explain the readiness score. Tapping "72" expands into a breakdown of contributing inputs (sleep, HRV, resting HR, training load) with sub-scores.
- Add a 7-day trend strip below readiness so the user sees direction, not just today's number.
- Upgrade the sleep card with sleep stages, bedtime/wake time, and a flag when below target.
- Make goals trackable — current value, target, progress bar, deadline; support multiple goals.
- Wire up the bottom nav so Activity (full log + heatmap), Recovery (trends + suggestions), and Profile (settings, wearables) each have real content.
- Add a contextual recommendation block based on today's score and recent workouts (e.g., "Two leg days this week — consider upper-body mobility").
- Use the empty desktop space: at >900px, promote to a multi-column dashboard; keep single-column on mobile.
- Make + LOG WORKOUT functional — opens a sheet for type, duration, fatigue, and notes, and appends to Recent Workouts live.
